This virtual workshop will be a container dedicated to the gray areas of transformation and transition. An invitation to honor decay and create spaces to nurture growth through the medicine of poetry, music, and astrology. Participants are encouraged to bring a comfort item, a song that represents transformation, and an open heart.

Stevie Rose is a community worker, student, and artist living on occupied Tohono O'odham land. Their work centers using astrology, poetry, music, and traditional Black spirituality as technologies to create deep inner healing. Currently tending to their roots, Stevie, like their art and work is transitioning into a more authentic space where opposing truths can hold each other. Rose's focus is to use their art to conjure Black queer liberation, rebirth, and their inner child's wildest dreams.
