All reservations from community and campus groups to use the Center for a program or event should be requested through our firstname.lastname@example.org email address.
Send email with the subject line "Center Reservation Request" to email@example.com. In the body of the email, please identify what group you are with, along with the dates and times you would like to reserve the WGRC Center space for your program or event.
You will will receive a response within 48 hours to clarify if your reservation request has been approved or denied. Once confirmed, your organization or group will be added to our Events calendar.
Please check out our Covid-19 Center safety agreements and expectations. Upon confirmation of your reservation, your organization is agreeing to adhere to socially distant safety guidelines, and institutional mask policies.
